Special Ingredients are not necessarily required for black skin care.  This may be new to some but good natural skin care products work for African American skin as well as white, tan or any other skin tone.  Skin is basically skin. The difference may be that  some skin is subject to problems that others may not have.  Here is what all skin types should avoid and what all skin tones need.

Ingredients to Avoid

-Sodium methyl paraben (all parabens)
-Petroleum-based products
-Chemical bleaching agents

*Sodium methyl paraben – One ingredient that is commonly found in skin care lines is sodium methyl paraben.  It, as well as, all parabens have been found in breast cancer patients. It is best to not  use any product containing parabens.  Sodium methyl paraben can result in de-pigmentation that may be permanent.

*Petroleum-based products – Petroleum based products can cause damage to the skin, namely, hyper pigmentation.  Petroleum can cause uneven spots to appear on the skin.  Wood based alcohols and propylene glycol and do the same.  Petroleum based products often cause oiliness which is what they deceptively promote to prevent.  Petroleum, mineral oil and others can make one ill and cause bad skin appearance.

*Chemical bleaching agents – Chemical bleaching compounds should be avoided because they can damage skin.  If you want a lighter skin tone use a whitening agent that is safe. I would be happy to recommend one that I found that is very effective and very safe.

Ingredients to Look For

Extra Pone Nut Grass
Natural Vitamin E

Nut grass is a very effective ingredient that is safe and will even out the tone of your skin.  Interestingly, it doesn’t take very much to do it.

Natural vitamin E is an antioxidant.  Since it is an antioxidant it will usually help get rid of hyperpigmentation of  skin. In other words, skin spots.

Moisturizers that Balance Sebum Production

Skin condition can vary from one person to another. Even on one’s own skin can range from very oily to very dry or somewhere in between.  This can be because the cream or lotion that is being used is causing it.  As mentioned petroleum based ingredients can promote oily skin.  Ineffective skin care products sold in expensive department stores can do more harm than good.  If you use  a good moisturizer that has the ingredients I recommend you will have no adverse effects.

Sebum is produced by the sebaceous glands. All skin, black, white etc have these glands. Sebum is the skin’s natural moisturizer.  Jojoba and passion fruit extract work well with the sebaceous glands.  These two ingredients will help moisturize skin that is very dry.  What is nice about them they will moisturize the skin without causing any skin flareups.

Anti Aging Ingredients

Most anti aging products don’t even come close to working.  Companies take advantage of the popularity of anti aging and promote skin care products that do more harm than anything else.
You don’t need any special african american anti aging product.  Let me tell what you do need.

The most effective of any anti aging skin ingredient I have ever found is called functional keratin.  When functional keratin is added to wakame kelp, CoQ10 and natural vitamin E, new skin cells and fibers are increased.  Also the skin firmness is improved.

Free radicals cause damage to body cells and especially the skin cells.  Antioxidants that are natural can counter attack free radicals.    Aging, it is believed by some physicians, is caused by these free radicals.  Black skin and any other skin tone should avoid any product containing: Sodium methyl paraben (all parabens), Petroleum-based products and Chemical bleaching agents.  Use the ones I recommend.  If you do, you will be protecting your health.  Also your skin’s complexion, tone and general appearance will look more youthful and healthy. Black Skin & African American Skin Care Products-What To Use For Beautiful Skin

African American and Black Skin Products must have the right ingredients to really work.  Some ingredients should be avoided for black skin or any other type of skin.

In this article I will show you which ones work and which ones to avoid.  Some ingredients, for example, will cause hyper pigmentation while others will cause de-pigmentation.  Here is what you should avoid and what you should use.

Avoid These  3 Ingredients in Skin Care Products

1. Sodium methyl paraben (any type paraben)
2. Petroleum-based products
3. Chemical bleaching agents

Products with petroleum content also can cause hyper pigmentation.  Dark spots may appear that do not match other skin tone.  Also propylene glycol and wood-based alcohols have been known to cause darker spots to appear on the skin.  The reason often stated why these ingredients are in black skin care products is that they relieve oiliness.  However, the products most people are using cause the oiliness.  Petrolatum, mineral oil  and other products that are petroleum-based CAUSE the oiliness.

Chemical bleaching agents are often promoted to those who want to lighten their skin tone.  There are safe skin lightening products.  I’ll cover that also in a moment.  Chemical bleaching ingredients can bring much harm to your skin. Avoid them especially if you have black skin or darker tones of skin.

Compounds That Work Safely
-Extra pone nut grass
-CoQ10
- Jojoba
-Natural vitamin E
-Functional keratin
-Wakame kelp

Extra-pone nut grass is a very good ingredient that will even out the skin tone.  It usually doesn’t take much to give a noticeable difference.

Natural vitamin E is an antioxidant.  Since it is an antioxidant it will usually help get rid of hyperpigmentation of  skin. In other words, skin spots.

Sebum – The Natural Moisturizer

Sebum is our natural skin oil that also is our natural skin moisturizer.  However, some of us have either too dry skin or too oily or some range in between.  So skin problems can vary from one person to the next. But skin problems in general have nothing to do with black skin or any other tone.  Skin is skin.  Only the skin tone maybe different, but all skin is composed the same. What the problem usually is, is the product being used on the skin.  Especially if it is petroleum based.  Petrolatum feels good but it can do a lot of subtle harm.  If you use a good moisturizer, like the one I use, you will have 90% of your skin problems solved.

In my vast searching for some skin care products that really work I found one that I am ecstatic about.  The reason is that it is safe and it works on all skin types and skin tones.  It is called “Functional Keratin”.  When mixed with Wakame Seaweed (Japanese) CoQ10 and Vitamin E it produces new skin cells and fibers.  This results in a younger looking skin because of the skin firmness that is taking place. See my website for more information on this truly amazing skin care ingredient.

Functional Keratin is the most successful and effective of all the antiaging products I researched.  Functional keratin combined with Wakame kelp extract and antioxidants CoQ10 and natural vitamin E promotes the increase of new skin fibers and skin cells.  Wakame helps prevent sagging by increasing skin firmness.

What causes harm to skin cells and other body cells is what is called free radicals.  They basically go on a rampage and hurt other cells.  The antidote is antioxidants found in compounds like vitamin E.  Remember this please, avoid any ingredient ending in paraben, (for black skin especially Sodium methyl paraben).  Avoid all skin care and other products that list petrolatum as an ingredient.  Don’t even think about using a chemical bleaching agent.  Use the ones I recommend.  See my website for my personally tested skin cream. – Thanks, Margaret Bell

There are some different skin types and they require several Black Skin Care Products. It is important to know what kinds of products are out there today and how are they used.

Black skin has ready made sun protection factor (SPF) which is about four to five times stronger than the typical SPF for white skin. This reduces the aging effect of the sun. This means when it comes to black skin care product or an African American skin care product, you may be less likely to look for anti-aging products as early as a person possessing lighter skin.

It’s also a good idea to explore the Black Skin Care Products for general skin care early on. While the aging process is delayed, good early skin care is always a bonus. Well nourished skin is more resistant to the ravages of age.Black skin care products are specially formulated to address its specific texture and needs.

Black Skin Care Products are Effective and have powerful natural ingredients that supply your skin with antioxidants and vitamins. Their ingredients are tested showing scientific results in moisturizing skin and reversing aging signs. Good Black Skin Care Products do not have chemical ingredients like alcohol, mineral oils etc. These ingredients are known to deplete skin texture in prolonged use. Black Skin Care Products treat skin conditions such as acne, dry skin, skin inflammation and sensitive skin. They improve skin texture and also look into your skin condition and treat it.

One of the new developments in Black Skin Care Products is skin lightening. This is because a lightened skin tone can completely change a person’s appearance and some believe enhancing beauty of their facial features even more.

One should opt for those Black Skin Care Products that either lighten your skin through effective natural ingredients or maintains your complexion. Often the problem with skin lightening products is that they can irritate skin and also sometimes cause inflammation. You can avoid such problems by choosing a product with a high percentage of extrapone nutgrass, which is a specific component.

Black Skin Care Products bring out an enhanced look to your skin, while at the same time rejuvenating skin texture and making skin young looking.

If you regularly use such products you can see the real kind of black skin care results that you want – lightened skin tone as well as soft, shiny complexion, reversal of aging sins and nourished skin texture. For more assistance visit: – www.nubianblue.com.

African American Skin Care Products must have the right ingredients to really work.  Some ingredients should be avoided for black skin or any other type of skin. Using the right ingredients will give you the healthy radiant skin you want.

In this article I will show you which ingredients work and which ones to avoid.  Some ingredients, for example, will cause hyper pigmentation while others will cause de-pigmentation.

Here is what all skin types should avoid and what all skin tones need.

Ingredients to Avoid

-Sodium methyl paraben (all parabens)
-Petroleum-based products
-Chemical bleaching agents

*Sodium methyl paraben can be found in many skin care products.  It can affect the pigmentation of skin. Also parabens have been discovered in patients with breast cancer. So it is best to avoid these ingredients. Parabens, and there are many different kinds, basically are in a product as a preservative.  There are safer ways to preserve a skin care product.  I’ll come to that in a minute.

*Petrolatum (petroleum jelly) is not skin friendly as it is often promoted.  It clogs the pores of the skin. Also it can result in hyper pigmentation of skin. Other related ingredients to strictly avoid are propylene glycol, wood-based alcohols, mineral oil and any petroleum-based product.  There are other safe ingredients you can use.  Keep reading.

*Chemical bleaching agents - Chemical bleaching compounds should be avoided because they can damage skin.  If you want a lighter skin tone or to even out skin spots, use a whitening agent that is safe. I would be happy to recommend one that I found that is very effective and very safe. See my website listed below.

Sebum comes from the sebaceous glands.  All skin regardless of the tone have sebaceous glands.  Some just produce differently in some individuals.  Sebum is the natural moisturizer for our skin.  Using alcohol on the skin can cause it to produce too much, resulting in oily skin.  Jojoba and passion fruit extract are two ingredients you will want  to include in your skin care regimen if you have dry skin.

Anti-Aging Ingredients

Anti aging products such lotions and creams are very popular right now.  Many companies are promoting anti-aging products.  But beware most of them don’t work and could even make your skin worse.  So what does work?

Functional Keratin is the most successful and effective of all the antiaging products I have researched.  Functional keratin combined with Wakame kelp extract and antioxidants CoQ10 and natural vitamin E promotes the increase of new skin fibers and skin cells.  Wakame helps prevent sagging by increaing skin firmness.

What causes harm to skin cells and other body cells is what is called free radicals.  They basically go on a rampage and hurt other cells.  The antidote is antioxidants found in compounds like vitamin E.

Important-Please Read
